VIDEO FESTIVAL IN MEXICO CITY Producciones Marca Diablo, a Mexican documentary producer, together with other institutions, , will present a video festival called: "Contra el silencio todas las voces. Encuentro Hispanoamericano del Milenio de Video Documental Independiente", que in Mexico City, 25-30 June, 2000. They aim to present a festival of recent work by independient video makers, set up the Hispanic American Network of Independent Video Makers, and distribute this work among the social groups shown in the videos.
